Prevention-Focused Therapy for Life's Transitions

I don't offer therapy that just helps you cope. I offer therapy that helps you **heal and grow**—before crisis, before burnout, before everything falls apart.

If you're navigating a major life transition, questioning your identity, or feeling like you're going through the motions instead of truly living—you're in the right place.

My approach is different because it's prevention-focused. We don't wait for things to get unbearable. We build resilience, recognize patterns, and create change when you still have the energy and clarity to do it.

WHO I WORK WITH

I specialize in working with people who are:

Navigating Midlife Transitions

You've outgrown old roles and identities but don't know who you're becoming. The life you built feels too small, but you're not sure what comes next.

Processing Grief and Loss

Whether it's death, divorce, career loss, or the end of a dream—you're learning to honor what was while opening to what's possible.

Changing Careers or Seeking Purpose

You're leaving a career that no longer fits, facing job loss, planning retirement, or wrestling with the question: "What am I here to do?"

Struggling in Relationships

Communication has broken down. You're feeling disconnected. You want to rebuild connection but don't know where to start.

Experiencing Workplace Burnout

You're exhausted, depleted, and wondering how much longer you can keep going. You need support before you crash completely.

MY APPROACH

0I. Meet You Where You Are

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. This is about understanding your patterns, honoring your story, and building skills for the life you want.

02. We Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative. I bring clinical expertise; you bring lived experience. Together, we create change.

03. I Use Evidence-Based Methods

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Attachment Theory—choosing what fits your unique needs.

04. Center Cultural Responsiveness

Your identity, culture, and background aren't obstacles to navigate—they're strengths to honor. I practice trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

05. We Focus on Prevention

My goal isn't to keep you in therapy forever. It's to help you build the tools, insight, and resilience to navigate life's challenges independently.
